ILNU MUN'15

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We take pleasure in introducing Institute of Law - Nirma University (ILNU), Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In a short span of 7 years, ILNU has acquired significant prominence in legal education arena and is considered as one of the best legal education institutions of the country. It offers five year integrated degree course leading to the award of B.A., LL.B (Hons.) and B.Com, LL.B (Hons). It also offers One Year LL.M. and Ph.D. degree in Law.

ILNU has successfully organized and hosted number of co-curricular events in every possible sphere essential for a Law School, like, National and International Conferences and Seminars, Cultural events, National and International Moot Court Competitions and Parliamentary Debates, Mediation and Arbitration workshops etc. Institute of Law had the occasion of hosting the 27^th Bar Council of India Moot Court Competition, 2012 and North-Zone Rounds of the 14^th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2014.

 

The Institute of Law, Nirma University is organizing its 1st international Model United Nation, ILNU MUN'15 from 13th -15th February 2015.  MUN is a simulation of the United Nations , wherein different nations of the world send their delegates to the different committees to represent their country. The ILNU MUN'15 will comprise of three such committees:

1. The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)

2. The United Nations Security Council (UNSC)

3. The United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP).
