Position for Senior /Post-doctoral Fellows

The Institute for Human Development (IHD), which is an Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Recognized Category Institute, invites applications for two Senior Research Fellows (SRFs) and two Post-Doctoral Fellows (PDFs) for conducting research in the following areas : Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Social Anthropology,  Demography, Gender, Marginalized Groups, Other Interdisciplinary areas in Social Sciences and areas of its interface with other disciplines of research.

These opportunities are open to candidates with exceptional talent, credentials, good academic track record, and potential for significant independent research in one or more of the above areas. The applicants would also be required to contribute to the teaching programme relating to M. Phil and Ph.D. in the relevant disciplines of the Institute. The selected candidates are also expected to interact with the experts in their respective fields as well as with academically sound peers.
