The conference will bring together leading academics, active researchers and inspiring practitioners in the application of cutting edge technologies in areas not limited to education, learning, and business management. In order to bring it to a common forum, and to promote the research, developmental activities, and information interchange, we would like to invite researchers, students, and practitioners working all around the world to join the conference, making it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in the related areas. Topics of interest for submission can be found at http://www.ic4e.net/cfp.html All registered full papers for IC4E 2017 will be published in the International Journal of e-Education, e-Business, e-Management, and e-Learning (IJEEEE) (ISSN: 2010-3654), or other journals depending on their topics, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, Electronic Journals Library, QUALIS, ProQuest, EI (INSPEC, IET), etc. Authors who wish to publish their paper as well as to give a presentation should submit the FULL PAPER before the submission deadline announced on the website. Presenters who only wish to give a presentation on their research need to submit at least the abstract. We also welcome listeners to join the discussion.
